Our Care Services

Our personal care services are individually tailored to meet specific clients needs. These needs are discussed fully during a confidential assessment which can involve family members if the client requests. A care plan is then formulated which is communicated to the care team for service delivery. Examples of some of the care services delivered are provided below.

Personal Care Services:

• Assistance in and out of bed
• Assistance with washing, showering/bathing
• Changing and correctly disposing of incontinence pads
• Assistance with hair care: washing, drying, combing
• Assistance with transferring and maneuvering as required
• Assistance with dressing, undressing
• Assistance with electric shaving
• Assistance with toileting
• Emptying commodes, urinals and catheter bags
• Assistance with non prescribed creams
• Assistance with eating and drinking
• Supervising medication

Meals:

• Preparing and cooking meals
• Preparing a meal to eat later
• Ensuring the safe preparation of delivered
