C & S Care Services believe that people who have a range of illnesses, disabilities or who are older, should be able to remain in their own homes.

The Company was established in September 2000 by two qualified nurses and is managed by the Registered Manager, Mrs Sandra Wharton.

We cover Wolverhampton, Shropshire and Staffordshire and are looking to expand into Telford and Bridgnorth. We provide personal health care services and support to people in their own environment.

Your care is individually tailored to specifically meet your needs.  A plan is formulated with yourself and the assessor which is communicated to the care team for service delivery. Those who have been adequately assessed will receive the appropriate care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in an aim to maximize their independence and improve quality of life. We are able to provide services for people with Individual Budgets or Direct Payments.  A non obligatory assessment can be arranged by contacting our office.

We are Registered with The Care Quality Commission where you can find information on our latest inspection. The Company Statement of Purpose is available upon request.  Please contact the office to request a copy.

CRB Registration                       C & S Care Services Ltd is an Umbrella Body for the Criminal Records Bureau.     We can provide a CRB check for staff working with vulnerable adults at an affordable price.
