C & S Care Services believe that people who have a range of illnesses, disabilities or who are older, should be able to remain in their own homes.
The Company was established in September 2000 and is owned by two qualified nurses and managed by the registered manager, Mrs Sandra Wharton.
 We cover Wolverhampton, Shropshire and Staffordshire and provide personal health care services and support to people in their own environment.
What we do is individually tailored to meet specific clients' needs. A plan is formulated which is communicated to the care team for service delivery. Those who have been adequately assessed will receive the appropriate care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in an aim to maximize their independence and improve quality of life. We are able to provide services for people with Individual Budgets or Direct Payments. A non obligatory assessment can be arranged by contacting our office.
